Alignment cues are the places you put your bones to assist in waking up underused muscle patterns and calming down overused muscle patterns. This class will teach you alignment that will improve your mobility and strength.
With practice, you will learn to use the muscles around your joints with more balance which creates ease of movement and less wear and tear. Less stress in the body and less stress in the mind!
Simple movements done more often will impact your health from the inside out!
Space is limited, registration order. All equipment will be provided. Bring water and dress comfortably for exercise. We will be working in chairs that will be socially distanced. This class is suitable for ages 16yrs and older.
