SUMMARY:The Wind Down: Body Mechanics Class (Outdoors)
DESCRIPTION:Body mechanics refers to the way we move during daily activities. Proper body mechanics can help you avoid injury and muscle fatigue. \nCome learn how subtle shifts in your muscle patterns can create significant shifts in blood flow\, waste removal and how you feel! \nAlignment cues are the places you put your bones to assist in waking up underused muscle patterns and calming down overused muscle patterns. This class will teach you alignment that will improve your mobility and strength. \nWith practice\, you will learn to use the muscles around your joints with more balance which creates ease of movement and less wear and tear. Less stress in the body and less stress in the mind! \nSimple movements done more often will impact your health from the inside out! \nSpace is limited\, registration order. All equipment will be provided. Bring water and dress comfortably for exercise. We will be working in chairs that will be socially distanced. This class is suitable for ages 16yrs and older. \nKim Roberts will maintain a waitlist if needed. Please send an email to her if you are unable to register.
